The assessment of the situation of the construction sites on the streets of Como was made today to CiaoComo by the councilor for mobility Enrico Colombo. A split between today and tomorrow: from the almost definitive closure of via Bixio, which is causing so many inconveniences, even if in a summer oil, to that of the “ghost” roundabout between via Turati and via Canturina. Here is yesterday's complaint from some of our readers.

Olmo Calvo is Cantabrian by birth although he has, as he says, “his base in Madrid”. Perhaps his roots were what prompted him to expose in Castro Urdiales what a rescue operation in the Mediterranean is like, or perhaps it was his desire to bring the situation that so many people in the world are suffering closer to his homeland. But thanks to him, 'Mediterranean: a great mass grave', has its own place in the breakwater of the city, and in the Cantabrian Sea.

A local lounge bar has faced backlash after installing wooden boards that prevented homeless people from taking shelter at the front of the property.

The boards were installed outside the Olmo Lounge, in Huntingdon town centre, and appearing overnight on Tuesday February 23, barring entry to the sheltered outside seating area.
